Conference Registration

Conference Registration Fees 

Early Bird (Expires February 28)

*Full-Time Student: $155

Regular Registrant:  $445

Advance (Expires March 31)

*Full-Time Student: $175

Regular Registrant:  $495

Late (After March 31)

*Full-Time Student: $195

Regular Registrant:  $525

*Full-Time Student Registrant

The student registration policy applies to students who do not currently hold a professional position within any organization or institution.

Full-time students will be required to submit a scanned copy of their official student identification.

To receive the full-time student registration rate, the registrant must email a scanned copy of his or her student ID to michellejohnson@theacademy4excellence.org by March 15, 2018.

If LADC does not receive the scanned copy of student ID by March 15, 2018, LADC will charge the individual at the regular registrant fee.

Registration Fee Group Discount

A 10% registration fee discount of is available when five or more regular registrants from the same institution register together for full conference registrations. To receive the group registration discount, contact Michelle at (619) 653-8108 or michellejohnson@theacademy4excellence.org.

  • Wednesday Reception
  • Thursday and Friday Continental Breakfasts
  • Thursday and Friday Luncheons 

Substitutions
Registrations are transferable within an institution at any time.  Please email substitution request to Michelle at michellejohnson@theacademy4excellence.org.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
Registrations paid or promised by check, credit card, or purchase order are subject to the following:

    • Refunds will be provided for cancellations received in writing that are postmarked no later than March 18, 2018, or received via email no later than March 18, 2018. A $100 processing fee will be deducted from all refunds.
    • No refunds will be made for cancellation requests received in writing that are postmarked after March 18, 2018, or received via email after March 18, 2018.
    • This conference may be canceled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case, fees will be refunded; however, Leadership Alliance Diversity Conference will not be responsible for any additional costs, charges, or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines, hotels, and/or travel agencies.  However, the Leadership Alliance Diversity Conference will NOT reimburse registration fees for weather conditions or travel-related circumstances.

Purchase Orders

All purchase order must be paid in full within 30 days after the date that LADC sent the invoice to the registrant. Purchase orders are subject to the LADC refund/cancellation policy. Please send purchase orders to
